We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
Each item is made or fulfilled upon order, and we do not restock returned items.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@ibirdshirt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement.
